About the Role

You will build and operate discovery processes across preservation, collection, processing, review, and production. You will support legal holds, improve discovery platforms, coordinate active matters, strengthen information governance, and build tools and dashboards for discovery workflows.

Requirements

• Hands-on discovery experience across the full EDRM lifecycle
• Experience supporting complex discovery operations
• Knowledge of discovery platforms, search, analytics, AI/TAR workflows, and custom applications
• Understanding of federal discovery and evidence rules, ESI preservation, and proportionality
• Experience with Slack, Google Workspace, mobile, and engineering data sources
• Project management experience across concurrent matters and programs
• Ability to communicate technical discovery concepts to varied stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience

Responsibilities

• Build and operate discovery operations across the EDRM lifecycle
• Support legal-hold design, issuance, tracking, acknowledgment, and release
• Improve discovery platforms, tooling, access controls, templates, and workspaces
• Coordinate discovery execution, status, and escalations with counsel, vendors, and technical teams
• Bring data sources under governed retention, hold, collection, and disposition processes
• Support retention schedules, data classification, defensible disposition, and data inventories
• Integrate AI and automation into discovery workflows
• Support litigation, investigations, and regulatory inquiries
• Build tools and dashboards for legal holds, preservation, collection, ECA, and production
