About the Role
You will maintain the UK compliance framework, policies, and monitoring activities. You will advise product, engineering, and commercial stakeholders, oversee safeguarding, conduct, complaints, and financial promotions, and prepare reporting for senior management and the board.
Requirements
- Relevant compliance experience in financial services
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related discipline
- Recognised professional compliance qualification such as ICA
Responsibilities
- Maintain UK compliance policies and procedures in line with FCA requirements
- Track UK regulatory developments
- Prepare compliance reporting, KPIs, and monitoring outcomes for senior management and the board
- Assist with regulatory notifications and periodic returns
- Support operational resilience, business continuity, and outsourcing compliance
- Monitor Consumer Duty outcomes across products, customer journeys, pricing, and support
- Approve UK retail financial promotions and marketing materials
- Oversee second-line reviews of customer complaints handling
- Provide regulatory advice on UK payment, API, stablecoin, and digital-asset launches
- Support applications for the UK cryptoasset regulatory regime
