About the Role
You will build and run discovery operations across the EDRM lifecycle. You will administer discovery tools, manage legal holds and vendors, create defensible workflows, support litigation and regulatory matters, develop information-governance practices, and implement automation and reporting.

Responsibilities
- Design and operate discovery operations across the EDRM lifecycle
- Own legal hold operations, including custodian workflows, issuance, tracking, re-notification, and release
- Administer RelativityOne and preservation and collection tooling
- Create standard operating procedures and discovery playbooks
- Operate the discovery vendor program, including selection, pricing, SLAs, and performance reviews
- Coordinate discovery matters with counsel, vendors, and internal technical teams
- Develop retention, classification, disposition, and data-inventory workflows
- Build measurement and reporting for discovery operations
- Integrate AI and automation into discovery workflows
- Support litigation, investigations, and regulatory inquiries
- Build internal tools and dashboards for discovery workflows
