About the Role
You will lead customer, partner, and vendor negotiations for SaaS contracts, APIs, DPAs, and related agreements. You will improve commercial processes and legal tooling, enable sales teams to close deals, advise on technical products, and monitor generative AI legal and policy developments.
Requirements
- J.D.
- Admission in good standing with at least one state bar
- 3+ years of complex technology transaction negotiation experience
- 1+ years negotiating B2B SaaS customer contracts on a commercial legal team
- B2B SaaS contract negotiation experience
- Experience scaling global business processes
- Generative AI legal landscape knowledge
Responsibilities
- Lead negotiations for customer, partner, and vendor agreements
- Implement scalable commercial processes, tools, templates, playbooks, and contract-review automation
- Enable the sales team with tools and knowledge
- Learn technical product details to inform business advice
- Monitor generative AI technical, legal, and policy developments
