You will design and improve the legal operating model, including intake, triage, workflows, knowledge systems, and automation. You will manage legal technology, budgets, vendors, outside counsel, and operational dashboards. You will partner with internal stakeholders to remove friction, measure outcomes, and build scalable processes.
