About the Role
You will support operational teams with commercial contract work, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating sales, marketing, and IT agreements. You will help maintain GDPR compliance, track the AI Act and Data Act, translate regulations into internal processes, update legal resources, and improve legal workflows with AI.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a Master's degree in law
- School internship agreement for the full internship
- Previous law-firm or in-house legal experience
- Fluency in French and English
- Interest in data protection, privacy, IT law, business law, AI technologies, and the EU AI Act
Responsibilities
- Support the review, drafting, and negotiation of sales, marketing, and IT agreements
- Support operational teams on legal and contractual matters
- Support GDPR compliance by updating the ROPA and reviewing DPAs
- Monitor the AI Act, Data Act, and other applicable regulations
- Translate regulations into internal processes and contractual clauses
- Maintain the contract library
- Optimize legal workflows with AI
