About the Role
You will draft and advise on commercial and AI-related agreements, lead contract negotiations, and translate AI legal developments into practical contract guidance. You will partner with technical and business stakeholders to support compliant AI deployments and assist with other legal matters as needed.
Requirements
- Master's degree in law
- Bar admission
- 3–5 years of relevant legal experience
- Contract negotiation experience
- Knowledge of data privacy and data protection
- Knowledge of GDPR and related frameworks
- Knowledge of intellectual property, contract law, liability, regulation, and compliance

Responsibilities
- Draft and advise on contracts, including AI-related service agreements
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, partners, customers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor AI-related legal and regulatory developments
- Translate legal developments into contract and negotiation guidance
- Partner with technical and business teams on compliant AI technology deployment
- Support labor, corporate, competition, and other legal matters as needed
