About the Role
You will turn complex, ambiguous People challenges into clear plans and deliver practical outcomes. You will build AI-enabled products and automations, lead People integration for acquisitions, design organisations and operating models, and run high-priority cross-functional projects with senior leaders.
Requirements
- Experience leading company-wide transformation from strategy through implementation and adoption
- Experience building and shipping AI-enabled products, automations, or workflows for internal users
- Hands-on M&A and integration experience from due diligence through post-close execution
- Experience designing and implementing organisation structures and operating models
- Experience working with senior executives on major company priorities
