About the Role

You will own and improve the employee experience across the full lifecycle. You will redesign and host onboarding, build cohort communities, measure onboarding outcomes, shape internal communications, and support all-hands and company moments. You will lead company kickoff planning, support QBRs, standardize team colocation resources, manage the New York office buildout, lead office coordinators, and develop in-office programming, food, and amenities.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate strong storytelling, hosting, written communication, and verbal communication
  • Demonstrate experience designing memorable employee experiences
  • Demonstrate experience building durable, repeatable programs for events, onboarding, workplace, or internal communications
  • Use AI and automation for repeatable work
  • Work effectively with ambiguity and independently set direction

Responsibilities

  • Redesign and host the onboarding experience
  • Design pre-boarding and post-onboarding experiences
  • Build micro-communities for new-hire cohorts
  • Define and measure onboarding outcomes
  • Support all-hands and company moments as intentional storytelling experiences
  • Reset Slack social and operating norms
  • Own company kickoff planning end to end
  • Support QBR logistics and experiences
  • Build a self-serve portal for team colocation resources
  • Project-manage the New York office buildout
  • Lead the San Francisco and New York office coordinators
  • Drive and measure in-office engagement programming, food, and amenities
