About the Role
You will create welcoming workplace experiences and lead firmwide events across office locations. You will manage event budgets, vendors, invitations, agendas, registrations, logistics, onsite operations, and follow-up. You will gather feedback and engagement data, improve programs, support meetings with A/V and technology troubleshooting, and partner with stakeholders to strengthen employee connection.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in employee experience, event management, hospitality, office operations, human resources, or a related field
- Experience planning and executing large-scale events and complex programs
- Experience managing program and event budgets, evaluating vendors, and building external partnerships
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Project ownership and problem-solving ability
- Project management and organizational skills
- Microsoft 365 proficiency, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Forms
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
Responsibilities
- Serve as a culture ambassador and build relationships across the firm
- Enhance the in-office experience through celebrations, amenities, seasonal programs, and engagement activities
- Gather employee feedback and identify workplace-experience improvements
- Manage employee-experience programs and employee-facing resources
- Partner with office management and People Team stakeholders on community-building moments
- Lead company events across office locations, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid experiences
- Manage event budgets, vendors, invitations, agendas, attendee management, and logistics
- Coordinate event communications, registrations, onsite operations, and post-event follow-up
- Analyze event metrics, engagement data, and feedback
- Provide onsite meeting and event support, including A/V setup and technology troubleshooting
- Anticipate and resolve event challenges
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver employee experiences aligned with business objectives
