About the Role
You will own recruiting analytics from raw data through trusted, self-service dashboards and decision-ready insights. You will define recruiting metrics, build headcount and velocity models, analyze pipeline performance, support leadership reviews, improve recruiting processes, and use AI to accelerate query development, quality assurance, and insight narratives.
Requirements
- Experience building analytics dashboards and models used for operational decisions
- Strong SQL and data-modeling skills
- Ability to build maintainable data models and pipelines
- Quantitative modeling skills for recruiting funnels and capacity
- Ability to provide strategic data-driven recommendations
- Experience using AI for analysis, QA, and narrative drafting
- Experience structuring workflows and documentation in Notion
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain recruiting dashboards and reporting infrastructure
- Develop headcount and hiring-velocity models
- Define and document core recruiting metrics
- Provide analysis and recommendations for pipeline reviews and QBRs
- Identify process, calibration, and prioritization issues using data
- Partner with Recruiting and Finance to improve the recruiting system
- Use AI to accelerate query iteration, metric QA, and insight narratives
