About the Role
You'll drive regional sales efforts across both public and private sectors to build an inclusive, sustainable, and tech-enabled framework for mobility. You'll be creative and entrepreneurial in identifying opportunities and generating new business in DACH, Via's largest European market. This is a quota-carrying individual contributor role where you'll lead full-cycle sales, turn complex policy and funding contexts into clear business cases, build lasting relationships with diverse clients, and act as a thought partner and public face of Via's technology in the region.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, consulting, or advisory roles with a strong closing track record
- A consultative seller who knows how to use data to build compelling narratives
- Fluent in German (native-level) and English
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments
- A collaborative team player
- Strong commercial intuition
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and execution for full-cycle sales efforts across DACH, from opening doors with public and private partners to closing multi-year strategic deals
- Turn complex policy, funding, and operational contexts into clear, data-driven business cases
- Build durable, revenue-generating relationships with a diverse group of clients, from elected officials to private-sector leaders
- Consult and educate clients on transit plans and funding opportunities
- Champion Via's mission as the face of its technology through local campaigns, conferences, and thought leadership
