About the Role
You will build and operate company-wide performance and feedback systems. You will define requirements for the performance technology platform, drive goal cascades and functional metrics, connect ratings to rewards, partner with functions on measurable targets, and co-run year-end calibration.
Requirements
- Experience building a company-wide performance or measurement system spanning team and individual performance.
- Experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Experience designing systems for multiple business contexts.
- Experience partnering closely with compensation.
- Experience operating performance mechanisms hands-on.
Responsibilities
- Build and embed performance and feedback systems.
- Own requirements for the performance technology platform.
- Drive the goal cascade, functional performance metrics, and reporting.
- Connect performance ratings to rewards.
- Partner with functions to develop measurable targets.
- Run the performance center of expertise.
- Co-run year-end calibration with People Partners.
- Run quarterly performance cycles.
