About the Role
You will design and scale company-wide performance and development programs, from goal-setting through calibration. You will build manager training models, select and manage L&D platforms, create scalable training content, partner on compliant program design, and use data to improve programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in people operations, HR generalist, or people program management
- Stakeholder management experience
- Experience designing and scaling company-wide performance, development, or training programs
- Experience with L&D platforms
- Program management experience
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor and employment law, and compliance
- Analytical skills and experience using data for program improvement
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and scale performance and development programs from goal-setting through reviews and calibration
- Build simple and rigorous performance-program mechanisms
- Create flexible manager training models covering compliance, interviews, and manager development
- Select and manage L&D platforms for training delivery, tracking, and reporting
- Identify manager skill gaps and develop targeted training content
- Partner with Legal, Finance, internal applications, and Engineering on compliant programs
- Own performance and development policy design, interpretation, and compliance
