About the Role

You will partner with business leaders across assigned APJ markets to deliver HR guidance and people strategies. You will support organizational development, employee relations, performance management, organizational change, HR reporting, and policy interpretation across markets and time zones.

Requirements

  • Experience as a People Business Partner across more than one APJ market
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment law variations across APJ markets
  • Ability to translate business objectives into HR strategies
  • Experience guiding leaders and employees through organizational change

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to provide HR guidance and implement people strategies
  • Assess organizational needs and support organizational development initiatives
  • Advise on employee relations and escalate cases to local specialists when needed
  • Drive goal-setting, performance reviews, and development planning
  • Support organizational change initiatives
  • Provide HR reporting and analytics to inform leadership decisions
  • Maintain HR business partner coverage across assigned markets and time zones
  • Interpret HR policies and manage people-related escalations
