About the Role

You will own People Operations across APAC and support global work as needed. You will manage the employee lifecycle, payroll, immigration, employment documentation, office operations, providers, reporting, and regional compliance. You will also automate or redesign manual processes and lead independent global operations workstreams.

Requirements

  • Experience running end-to-end payroll in Singapore.
  • Hands-on immigration case management in Singapore.
  • Experience operating People Operations across multiple jurisdictions or legal entities.
  • Experience drafting and maintaining employment contracts and policy templates.
  • Data and reporting capability, including HR-system dashboards and reporting.
  • Experience with G-Suite and Claude.
  • Experience delivering process automation or system improvements with measurable outcomes.
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment operations.
  • Experience in regulated financial services.
  • Exposure to VARA, DIFC, ADGM, or MAS frameworks.
  • Exposure to crypto, digital assets, or high-growth fintech.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end payroll, including statutory obligations, data accuracy, funding, and reconciliation.
  • Manage immigration applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Draft, maintain, and issue locally compliant employment contracts, letters, and policy templates.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for employees on lifecycle matters from onboarding through offboarding.
  • Manage external payroll, government, PRO, and immigration providers.
  • Manage office and equipment upkeep, vendors, compliance, and regional office events.
  • Produce and maintain People reporting and dashboards.
  • Identify manual processes and deliver automation or redesign.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and Compliance on entity-level obligations and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute independently to global People Operations projects.
