About the Role

You will define people metrics, build reporting infrastructure, and provide workforce insights and recommendations. You will own HRIS and portal configuration, access, integrations, and data hygiene. You will lead compensation benchmarking, performance reviews, promotion cycles, offboarding, process automation, and employee-lifecycle support including onboarding, benefits, leave, and employee questions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a generalist, people analytics, HR, compensation, or related analytical role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience building and auditing complex models
  • Experience assembling datasets from multiple sources
  • Experience building reporting in Power BI or a comparable tool
  • Experience owning or administering an HRIS, including configuration, data integrity, and vendor management
  • Experience with compensation and market benchmarking data or transferable analytical rigor
  • Ability to handle confidential People data
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage concurrent workstreams

Responsibilities

  • Define people metrics and build reporting infrastructure
  • Deliver headcount, hiring, turnover, and performance reporting
  • Analyze workforce data and develop actionable recommendations
  • Own HRIS and internal portal configuration, access, integrations, and data hygiene
  • Lead compensation market intelligence and benchmarking
  • Model compensation costs and recommend compensation actions
  • Manage the performance review program and promotion and leveling cycle
  • Run offboarding and turn exit data into retention insights
  • Automate manual work and improve People processes
  • Support onboarding, benefits, leave, and employee questions
