About the Role
You will lead People functions for client groups, including manager enablement, workforce planning, people programs, and employee relations. You will identify development needs, guide managers, own the employee lifecycle for performance and advancement, and support other People operations as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a generalist role
- Workday workflow and data-management experience
- Understanding of HR procedures, documentation standards, and multi-country European HR practices
- Experience with employee relations, manager coaching, or performance-review cycles
- Operational experience facilitating people programs
- Knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Native-level German
- Fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Lead People functions for client groups
- Enable managers through talent management, coaching, and training
- Align workforce planning, change management, and analytics with business strategy
- Develop people programs for performance management, compensation, and succession planning
- Manage employee relations, including PIPs, investigations, terminations, and compliance
- Identify development needs and implement performance and engagement strategies
- Guide leaders on total rewards, leveling, engagement, organizational design, and people development
- Own the employee lifecycle for performance management, development, and advancement
- Execute additional People and general operations responsibilities
