About the Role

You will own and scale mid-market revenue, ensure pipeline health, and deliver accurate forecasts. You will coach and develop Account Executives, support late-stage deals, hire and ramp new sellers, improve sales processes, and partner on CRM, marketing, customer success, product feedback, pricing, and territory strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • 2+ years managing Account Executives
  • Experience selling to mid-market accounts with 100–1,000 employees
  • Experience in Series A–C environments
  • Forecasting and pipeline inspection skills
  • Sales coaching and deal strategy capabilities
  • Ability to sell to technical buyers
  • Data-driven sales management approach

Responsibilities

  • Own mid-market revenue and deliver predictable growth
  • Maintain healthy pipeline coverage and conversion
  • Support late-stage deals, pricing, and closing
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts
  • Create sales processes and programs that drive pipeline and bookings
  • Lead, coach, and develop Mid-Market Account Executives
  • Run one-to-ones, pipeline reviews, deal reviews, and forecast calls
  • Hire and ramp new Account Executives
  • Standardize and improve the mid-market sales motion
  • Optimize CRM hygiene, dashboards, and KPIs
  • Collaborate on lead quality, campaigns, handoffs, expansion signals, and renewals
