About the Role
You will lead talent acquisition and People Operations, including workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and candidate experience. You will build people programs and agent-based automations, coach managers, oversee compensation, benefits, HR operations, compliance, and people systems, and use people analytics to improve organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive People Operations or HR leadership experience
- Experience building and leading People and Talent teams
- Employee relations experience
- Experience leading organizational change, restructures, and organizational scaling
- Knowledge of multi-state employment law and HR compliance
- Communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities
- Lead Talent Acquisition and manage recruiters and People Operations partners
- Own workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and candidate experience
- Build and implement agent-based automations
- Design and scale People programs and processes
- Develop managers through coaching, leadership development, and performance management
- Foster an inclusive, high-performing culture
- Oversee compensation, benefits, HR operations, compliance, and People systems
- Use people analytics to improve decision-making and organizational effectiveness
