About the Role
You will support employees and managers on people matters, manage employee-relations cases, and maintain related records. You will provide policy guidance, prepare reports and documentation, support offboarding and engagement work, and contribute to people projects and hiring activities.
Requirements
- Experience in a People Partnering or advisory role in a fast-paced scaling organisation
- Experience supporting engineering or technical teams
- Employee-relations capability and knowledge of UK employment law
- Experience managing performance, grievance, investigation, and absence cases
- Ability to coach and influence managers
- Experience delivering people initiatives
- People-data and HR-system proficiency
- Written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage employee-relations cases and maintain case records
- Advise employees and managers on people-related queries
- Triage and escalate complex people issues
- Support engagement, retention, and performance-management initiatives
- Collect, analyse, and report people data
- Draft and update people resources and policies
- Support offboarding and exit interviews
- Prepare engagement reports and recommend actions
- Liaise with Talent Acquisition to support hiring
