About the Role

You will guide employees and managers on HR policies and employee relations, manage HR administration and onboarding, and implement people programs. You will advise leaders on organizational design, team health, and people decisions using organizational data and trends.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in human resources or people operations
• Experience supporting Engineering organizations in a fast-growing environment
• Expertise in HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience partnering with engineering, product, or other technical teams

Responsibilities

• Guide employees and managers on HR policies and employee relations
• Manage HR systems, employee records, benefits enrollment, and HR reports
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience from offer approval to start date
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Design and implement employee engagement programs
• Structure teams and align talent with business strategy
• Coach leaders on people-related challenges
• Use data and organizational signals to identify risks and inform people decisions
