About the Role
You will own a portfolio of learning solutions, translate business strategy into learning experiences, lead learning designers, and explore, implement, and evaluate emerging learning technologies and experiences.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

- Understanding of user experience principles and content design
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and dependencies
- Master’s degree preferred or bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience
- 10 years of experience in strategic learning solutions
- Ability to lead large, complex, multi-team initiatives
