About the Role
Lead corporate technology and enterprise security operations, including security architecture, compliance controls, identity management, monitoring, physical security, budgeting, vendor management, automation, and endpoint systems.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass stringent background checks or clearances.
- 7+ years of progressive Corporate IT, Enterprise Security, and Cloud Infrastructure experience.
- Experience leading SOC 2, CJIS, and CMMC compliance audits and knowledge of FedRAMP.
- Human-Centered Design and cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Coaching mindset and comfort in a flat, collaborative hierarchy.
- Deep expertise in enterprise security architecture and identity management.
- Advanced administration experience with Jamf, Okta, and Google Workspace.
- Experience with MDR, endpoint security, and external SOC integrations.
- Familiarity with AWS and Infrastructure as Code tools.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior technical authority for corporate IT and mentor the IT team.
- Develop security policies and maintain CJIS, CMMC, SOC 2, and FedRAMP controls.
- Extend corporate security requirements, IAM, and vulnerability monitoring to the product platform.
- Manage the external SOC relationship and MDR platforms.
- Lead IT and physical security infrastructure.
- Own the IT budget, vendor relationships, contractors, and licensing renewals.
- Champion Infrastructure as Code and oversee Okta, Google Workspace, and JAMF.
