About the Role
You will lead regional technology infrastructure, production support, and service management. You will own client KPI reporting, incident and problem escalations, operational roadmaps and budgets, supplier relationships, and infrastructure compliance. You will deliver technology projects, manage regional risks, coordinate global technology functions, and deputise during leadership or crisis-management events.
Requirements
- Detailed understanding of technology infrastructure, service management, and product support in a regulated environment
- Proven record of delivering large-scale, complex technology infrastructure changes
- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to business and technology stakeholders
- Commercial acumen
- Experience managing geographically diverse teams
- Experience delivering resilient, scalable, highly available application products
- Knowledge of current and emerging technologies
Responsibilities
- Own technology KPI collation and reporting for clients and governance forums
- Lead client-facing incident and problem-management escalations
- Manage regional interfaces with global production support and infrastructure teams
- Drive continuous improvement in operating models and client services
- Prioritise fixes, root-cause actions, performance work, and technical-debt activity
- Oversee infrastructure compliance, audit activity, and IT infrastructure risks
- Deliver infrastructure, production-support, and service-management projects end to end
- Manage regional third-party supplier relationships
- Set and deliver technology roadmaps and manage operational and capital budgets
- Provide technology leadership and deputise for the Head of Technology when required
