About the Role

You will own enterprise-application and ERP roadmaps, architecture, and lifecycle management. You will lead implementations, upgrades, migrations, integrations, projects, vendors, and application teams. You will manage governance, security, audit compliance, KPIs, change adoption, automation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field
  • 10+ years of IT application management, ERP consulting, or enterprise systems experience
  • 3+ years in a lead or managerial capacity
  • Experience with a major ERP platform, including SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Infor, or Workday
  • Experience with implementation, configuration, or support
  • Experience managing full project lifecycles, budgets, and resources
  • Understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Manufacturing, or Procurement processes
  • Experience managing vendors, consultants, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

  • Own ERP and enterprise-application roadmaps, architecture, and lifecycle management
  • Lead ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, and integrations
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications
  • Oversee configuration, customization, and testing
  • Resolve complex application issues with vendors and internal teams
  • Plan and manage application projects, budgets, resources, and timelines
  • Manage project governance, risks, changes, and stakeholder communication
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external consultants
  • Manage vendor relationships, statements of work, and contract performance
  • Lead and develop application analysts, developers, and junior consultants
  • Ensure security, data governance, and audit compliance
  • Define application performance, uptime, and satisfaction KPIs
  • Drive process improvement, automation, and standardization
