About the Role
You will lead platform specialists and ensure the secure, efficient, compliant operation of collaboration, workflow, AI, and automation platforms. You will develop the platform landscape, govern operations and changes, manage projects and vendors, and plan budgets, resources, and capacity.
Requirements
- Several years of experience automating business processes
- Enterprise platform operations and development
- IT service management
- ITIL-related processes
- Regulatory requirements in financial services including DORA, BAIT, and MaRisk
- Leadership

Responsibilities
- Lead the EASY Platforms team technically and disciplinarily
- Ensure stable, secure, and audit-compliant platform and application operations
- Develop the platform landscape including Jira, Confluence, collaboration, and automation solutions
- Manage operational, change, release, and lifecycle processes
- Ensure service quality, SLA compliance, and regulatory compliance
- Plan, prioritize, and manage projects and platform improvements
- Own technical governance for supported platforms
- Manage external service providers and manufacturers
- Plan team budgets, resources, and capacity
- Promote automation, standardization, and continuous process improvement
- Support digital transformation through platform, collaboration, and AI services
