About the Role
You will lead the continued development of the Digital Commerce Payments delivery team. You will establish conditions for high-quality delivery, foster self-organization and continuous learning, apply agile practices, and contribute your expertise to the wider solution organization.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, ideally complemented by leadership experience.
- Extensive practical experience with agile and lean practices and frameworks including SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps.
- Leadership experience in demanding team environments, team development, and change management.
- A tertiary degree in computer science, business informatics, or business administration, plus Scrum Master or Agile Coach training.
- Very good written and spoken German and English.

- Lead the continued development of the Digital Commerce Payments delivery team.
- Provide functional leadership with the Product Owner and Architecture Owner.
- Create conditions for delivery of valuable, high-quality outcomes.

- Contribute expertise to the further development of the solution.
- Participate in communities of practice across organizational boundaries.
