About the Role
You will identify, target, and engage C-suite executives and key decision-makers at large enterprises to present and sell trading, stablecoin rails, and tokenization platforms. You will build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction, lead RFPs and contract negotiations, develop strategic partnerships, and represent the company at industry events. You will work closely with product, engineering, and marketing to relay client feedback and shape product capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a brokerage trading or capital markets role
- Extensive knowledge of cryptocurrency or digital asset space is highly preferred
- Deep understanding of market structure trading protocols and risk management in traditional and digital asset markets
- Strong network of institutional clients and proven ability to develop new business
- Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities

- Build long-term relationships and ensure high customer retention and satisfaction across strategic accounts
- Partner with product engineering and marketing to align client needs with product capabilities and go-to-market efforts
- Provide client and prospect feedback to inform product development and enhancements
- Lead RFPs proposals pricing models and contract negotiations with enterprise clients
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with financial institutions blockchain platforms exchanges and other stakeholders
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and forums
