About the Role
You will lead engineering initiatives focused on developer productivity and AI-assisted development. You will ensure delivery against milestones, shape organizational structure and technical architecture, manage technical debt, operate scalable cloud services, coach leaders, and partner with product leadership on planning, prioritization, and staffing.
Requirements
- 15+ years building and supporting large-scale distributed systems
- Experience building, growing, and managing high-performance teams
- Ability to attract and hire engineers
- Experience building and running cloud platforms or ability to learn SaaS concepts
- Cross-functional experience with product management and customers
- Computer Science education
