About the Role
Own how institutional capital accesses KPK by converting institutional interest into committed allocations across product lines and building distribution infrastructure at scale.
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of closing allocations of $50M or more from institutional limited partners
- Explain on-chain yield strategies, delta-neutral positioning, liquidity risk, and smart-contract risk controls to sophisticated investors
- Maintain a deep network of trusted institutional allocator relationships
- Bring experience in capital markets, institutional distribution, or alternatives
- Apply technical fluency in DeFi
- Operate autonomously
Responsibilities
- Originate and convert relationships with institutional allocators into committed allocations
- Translate complex on-chain yield strategies into investment conviction and drive capital inflows
- Identify and develop partnerships, co-investment structures, and distribution agreements
- Contribute to product structuring and go-to-market strategy for fund and vault products
- Represent KPK at senior investor meetings, conferences, and industry forums
