About the Role

You will help set and execute a global order-to-cash transformation roadmap. You will redesign processes, establish operating metrics and controls, drive systems architecture and automation, and align finance, engineering, legal, tax, sales operations, and revenue teams around scalable operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of operational transformation experience in revenue, billing, or finance operations
• Expertise in process design, cross-functional project management, systems scaling, and AI automation
• PMP certification or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
• Expert knowledge of SaaS quote-to-cash for subscription and consumption models
• Experience with contracting, billing, and ERP systems
• Experience leading strategic and automation initiatives from business case through adoption
• Experience building and developing operations teams

Responsibilities

• Contribute to global order-to-cash strategy, roadmap, and execution
• Assess current processes and sequence prioritized transformation work
• Build performance metrics and reporting
• Translate commercial and pricing needs into transactable, billable, and recognizable operations
• Design scalable global processes and operating rhythms
• Build compliance monitoring and SOX controls into systems
• Drive systems architecture, automation, and AI-enabled exception handling
• Lead global billing, contracting, and ERP automation initiatives
• Drive cross-functional alignment and communicate risks, trade-offs, and decisions
