About the Role
Lead strategic partnerships with independent ecosystem operators, validator networks, and regional hubs across the US, Europe, APAC, and emerging markets. Guide DeFi ecosystem strategy, design governance frameworks, establish performance metrics, and align partner outputs with RippleX priorities.
Requirements
- 10+ years in ecosystem development, strategic partnerships, DeFi, blockchain infrastructure, or venture building.
- 5+ years managing external partnerships, independent organizations, or decentralized networks.
- Proven complex partnership governance and external entity management experience.
- Experience with developer programs, accelerators, startup support, and community building at scale.
- Director-level strategic decision-making experience.
- Deep crypto/blockchain ecosystem experience and DeFi fluency.
- Strong partnership management, governance design, analytical, communication, and cross-cultural skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage strategic relationships with ecosystem operators, regional hubs, and partner organizations.
- Design governance frameworks, milestones, and accountability models for external partners.
- Guide DeFi strategy across AMMs, DEXs, lending, liquidity, market making, and OTC trading initiatives.
- Enable developer, startup, and retail community growth through independent operators.
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards for external entity performance.
- Partner with Product, DevRel, Engineering, Legal, and Executive teams on ecosystem strategy.
- Produce executive reports, opportunity assessments, and long-term roadmaps.
