About the Role
You will provide legal advice on strategic partnerships, trading arrangements, and P2P platforms. You will draft, negotiate, and manage high-stakes commercial agreements, joint ventures, and technology alliances. You will advise on cross-border transactions, crypto product structuring, and multi-jurisdictional regulatory compliance, translating complex issues into practical guidance for product, engineering, and executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- Hold a law degree and be eligible to practice as an advocate.
- Have at least 10 years of experience at a law firm, digital-assets firm, or top-tier financial institution.
- Have experience in the digital-assets sector.
- Have deal-level experience with strategic partnerships, including cooperation and incentive agreements.
- Be flexible to work on commercial and transactional deals.
- Demonstrate excellent drafting and communication skills.
- Build trust and provide effective legal advice to business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Advise on strategic partnerships and trading arrangements, including alliances, partnership agreements, incentive agreements, exchange integrations, staking, co-investments, and P2P platforms.
- Draft, negotiate, and manage high-stakes commercial agreements, joint ventures, and technology alliances.
- Advise on complex cross-border transactions, crypto product structuring, and multi-jurisdictional regulatory compliance.
- Provide clear, commercially actionable legal and regulatory guidance to product, engineering, and executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product development and business development stakeholders to align new initiatives with regulatory requirements.
- Handle additional legal matters as assigned by legal leadership.
