About the Role

You will open the Australian market and lead the delivery of voice and audio AI solutions for strategic customers. You will hire and lead forward deployed engineers, uncover customer needs, design integrations, develop demos, and own major projects from discovery through implementation. You will work with customer technical and executive stakeholders, present outcomes and future proposals, and share field insights with research and product counterparts.

Requirements

Experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
Ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams.
Basic proficiency in Python.
Understanding of API integration.
Communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to summarize complex technical concepts.
Ability to align technical strategy with business objectives.
Understanding of deal structures, go-to-market motions, and revenue impact.
Technical aptitude for voice and audio AI models and their applications.
Experience developing partner ecosystems with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

Meet strategic customers to understand their audio and voice AI needs and pain points.
Build and lead a regional team of forward deployed engineers.
Identify customer use cases and work with engineers to implement voice and audio AI solutions.
Design and architect bespoke customer integrations.
Guide customers on implementation best practices for voice and audio AI models.
Present project results and future proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives.
Incorporate field insights into software products and AI models with research and product teams.
Build and deliver technology demos to prospective and existing customers.
Identify applications in new industries and expand AI solutions across sectors.
Own end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners.
Collaborate with customer engineering and executive teams to ensure optimal implementation.
