About the Role
You will lead Forward Deployed Engineers working on complex customer integrations and product features. You will set priorities, coach engineers, maintain high standards for quality and execution, partner with Product, Solutions Engineering, and GTM, and stay involved in technical reviews, scoping, design discussions, and complex problems.

Responsibilities
- Own team outcomes and business impact for Forward Deployed Engineering
- Coach and develop engineers across technical depth, customer empathy, and ownership
- Hold the team accountable for quality, throughput, and performance
- Focus the team on the right problems and highest-leverage opportunities
- Partner with Product, Solutions Engineering, and GTM
- Review pull requests, scope technical work, review design documents, and help solve complex problems
- Build a team culture grounded in trust, rigor, and urgency
- Strengthen the feedback loop between customer signal and the product roadmap
