About the Role

Own end-to-end engineering delivery for MANTRA-built applications, including regulated finance products and permissionless ecosystem products. Lead engineering squads, establish processes and quality standards, mentor engineers, guide smart-contract architecture, coordinate integrations, and implement testing, CI/CD, security, and monitoring practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of software engineering experience.
  • At least 4 years of blockchain or Web3 experience.
  • Leadership experience managing engineering teams or multi-squad structures.
  • Deep dApp development experience across UX, front-end frameworks, smart contracts, and integrations.
  • Proven Solidity experience with contracts deployed in production.
  • Ability to operate in high-velocity environments with tight execution expectations.
  • Knowledge of security, testing, and reliability best practices.
  • Comfort working with distributed teams across time zones.
  • DEX, vault-framework, and regulated financial product experience are advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Lead engineering teams responsible for MANTRA-built dApps across regulated and permissionless product lines.
  • Establish engineering processes, standards, code-quality expectations, and SDLC discipline across squads.
  • Manage and mentor front-end, Solidity, and full-stack engineers.
  • Translate product roadmaps into engineering execution plans with clear milestones.
  • Review and guide Solidity smart-contract architecture for DEXs, vaults, and related systems.
  • Ensure secure, high-quality, audited smart-contract delivery.
  • Coordinate with backend, indexing, and subgraph teams on chain-data and infrastructure integrations.
  • Build, scale, and manage engineering squads internally and through external partners.
  • Implement automated testing, CI/CD, security, and monitoring practices across dApps.
  • Work with the CTO on architecture, technical strategy, and team scaling.
