About the Role

You will lead the design, development, and delivery of product features and enhancements, ensuring technical solutions align with product goals and customer needs. You will build real-time security-incident detection capabilities, from designing agents through development and deployment. You will guide software development, testing, and deployment practices; mentor team members; drive the architecture and scalability of detection pipelines; define agent-based detection strategies with product, security, and research stakeholders; and integrate detection systems with platform components.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience managing sprints and backlogs
  • Ability to mentor, guide, and inspire technical teams
  • 5+ years of experience with Python
  • Experience with a cloud platform such as AWS
  • Experience with SQL databases
  • Familiarity with CI/CD methodologies and relevant tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
