About the Role

Work with strategic customers to synthesize business and technical needs, deploy ElevenLabs AI solutions, develop use cases, support commercial engagements, build demonstrations, and shape product and model roadmaps.

Requirements

3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity
Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
Commercial experience with value propositions and enterprise sales cycles
Basic Python proficiency and familiarity with API integration
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience owning complex, ambiguous projects
Adaptability across customer environments, industries, and technical use cases
Familiarity with LLM, tooling, and AI agent frameworks
Ability to map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems

Responsibilities

Meet strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and identify pain points
Own flagship deals from use-case identification through closing
Embed within strategic customer organizations and own delivery outcomes
Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with engineers to implement them
Guide customers on agent design, orchestration, and production readiness
Scope applications across new industries
Present results and proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives
Feed customer insights into platform and model roadmaps
Build and deliver product demonstrations
Ensure agents reach production and deliver measurable business outcomes
