About the Role
You will partner closely with strategic enterprise customers to understand their AI transformation goals, workflows, and pain points. You will identify and deliver high-impact AI-agent use cases, structure commercial engagements, guide production deployments, and present results to technical and executive stakeholders. You will build demonstrations, work with engineers on implementations, and share field insights that inform product and model roadmaps.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity
- Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
- Commercial experience structuring value propositions and navigating enterprise sales cycles
- Basic Python proficiency
- Familiarity with API integration
- Communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience owning complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results
- Familiarity with LLM tooling and AI-agent frameworks
- Ability to map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems
Responsibilities
- Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals, workflows, and pain points
- Own flagship deals from use-case identification through commercial structuring and close
- Embed with strategic customers and own delivery outcomes
- Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to implement them
- Guide customers on agent design, orchestration, production readiness, adoption, and impact
- Scope applications in new industries and expand AI solutions across sectors
- Present results and future-work proposals to technical and C-suite audiences
- Share field insights with Research teams to help shape the platform and model roadmap
- Build and deliver demonstrations of ElevenAgents and broader AI technology
- Collaborate with customer engineering and executive teams to bring agents into production and deliver measurable outcomes
