About the Role
You will own high-impact customer deployments and connect customer needs with product strategy and delivery. You will work with product strategists and forward deployed engineers, uncover high-value problems, manage stakeholders, drive implementation, develop business models, and travel to support deployments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, strategic account management, consulting, business development, or program delivery
- Experience managing complex deployments or initiatives across stakeholders and functions
- Ability to identify and prioritize high-value business problems
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
- Ability to operate in ambiguous and fast-moving environments
- Structured problem-solving and business-modeling skills
- Experience with or within enterprise software organizations
- Ability to travel 50% of the time or as needed
Responsibilities
- Own one to two high-impact customer deployments
- Connect the platform to customer business value
- Partner with Product Strategists and Forward Deployed Engineers to define and deliver solutions
- Engage customer stakeholders to uncover high-value problems and maintain relationships
- Drive implementation and delivery of business outcomes
- Navigate ambiguity and maintain structure and sound judgment
- Build business models and use data to support strategic recommendations
- Travel to support deployments, engage stakeholders, and remove blockers
