About the Role
You will build and scale an inbound B2B pipeline engine, owning campaign execution, channel strategy, and marketing operations. You will design and run targeted campaigns, create landing pages and lead magnets, run webinars and ecosystem collaborations, and optimise website journeys for conversion. You will establish attribution frameworks, track and analyse campaign performance, collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing on lead qualification and messaging, and manage CMS and distribution channels like LinkedIn, X and paid media.
Requirements
- 5–8 years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing roles
- Experience generating leads for fintech, SaaS, payments, or Web3 infrastructure companies
- Web3 experience required
- Comfortable analysing campaign performance and attribution metrics
- Ability to own campaigns end-to-end
- Experience with CRM platforms, marketing analytics tools, CMS platforms, and paid media platforms
- Ability to work in Europe timezone
Responsibilities
- Develop targeted demand generation campaigns across priority ICP segments
- Build vertical-specific landing pages and lead magnets
- Run webinars, ecosystem collaborations, and educational campaigns
- Ensure campaigns align with Product Marketing messaging and positioning
- Own LinkedIn and X distribution strategy across company and executive channels
- Coordinate SEO content execution with external agencies
- Identify and run paid distribution opportunities across LinkedIn and search
- Establish attribution frameworks to understand lead sources and performance
- Collaborate with Sales to define lead qualification standards and improve pipeline visibility
- Track and optimise marketing campaigns based on pipeline generation and revenue impact
- Manage CMS updates and create landing pages
- Continuously optimise website journeys to improve conversion
- Ensure website structure supports enterprise positioning and lead generation
