About the Role

Lead Daylight’s DeFi business development function, drive integrations across DeFi protocols and financial platforms, shape yield product design, coordinate partner incentives and co-marketing, and collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams.

Requirements

• Deep familiarity with DeFi, RWAs, stablecoins, money markets, and structured yield platforms
• Understanding of advanced DeFi strategies such as looping and fixed-rate interest products
• Established network of protocol teams and DeFi power users
• Prior business development or product strategy experience at a relevant DeFi or blockchain organization
• Comfort reasoning about smart contract logic and EVM-level design implications
• Strong strategic thinking and communication skills
• Nice to have: RWA tokenization or compliant DeFi product structuring experience
• Nice to have: experience with power markets

Responsibilities

• Own and scale DayFi’s DeFi-native business development function
• Drive integrations with Layer 1s and Layer 2s, stablecoins, lending markets, derivatives, structured products, and bridges
• Shape and refine yield product design to improve liquidity, retention, and TVL
• Provide strategic input into DeFi integration roadmaps
• Structure joint incentive programs and coordinate co-marketing with partners
• Collaborate with engineering and product to improve DeFi UX for mints and redemptions
• Communicate product value to DeFi market participants
