About the Role
Solana Foundation is seeking a DeFi Growth Lead, Americas, to support DeFi growth strategy and execution. The role focuses on partnerships with Solana-native DeFi protocols, go-to-market strategy, liquidity and incentive programs, institutional counterparties, and measurable growth outcomes.
Requirements
- Deep DeFi fluency
- Track record of running growth or business development at a protocol, exchange, market maker, or fund
- Experience moving TVL, volume, or adoption
- Experience with allocators, market makers, or issuers
- Experience managing protocol relationships
- Based in the United States
- Ability to run the Americas and coordinate across EU and APAC hours
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for Solana DeFi venues
- Establish and execute go-to-market strategies with DeFi protocols
- Design and execute liquidity and incentive programs
- Model payout-to-outcome before committing spend
- Develop data-driven insights for subsequent programs
- Source and qualify institutional counterparties
- Support counterparty onboarding
- Deliver TVL, volume, onboarding, and program ROI targets
- Surface opportunities for the deal pipeline
