About Lido
Lido is a self-custodial liquid staking protocol governed by the Lido DAO that provides liquidity for staked assets. Users who stake with Lido receive stTokens (like stETH) that represent their staked position plus accrued rewards. These tokens can be used throughout DeFi while still earning staking rewards. About the Role
You will build relationships with DeFi protocols, wallets, and users and develop integration opportunities for stETH and stVaults. You will manage outreach and account lifecycles, lead collaborations, source growth incentives, secure approvals, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders through completed integrations.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in ecosystem, growth, integration, or collaboration roles in blockchain or traditional finance
- Track record of converting partnership or integration opportunities from exploration through completion
- Ability to build and maintain long-term stakeholder relationships
- Multi-year experience using on-chain products
- Deep understanding of Ethereum staking products, including liquid staking, staking as a service, and restaking
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Technical crypto knowledge is beneficial
- Ability to understand SDK and API integration documentation is beneficial
