About the Role
You own and scale BGB growth by defining adoption, engagement, and utility strategies. You identify growth opportunities across products, DeFi integrations, and partnerships; lead tokenomics, listings, visibility, and ecosystem initiatives; develop DeFi strategies; monitor TVL, liquidity, and user activity; resolve risks and blockers; and coordinate execution with internal teams and external partners.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of DeFi, tokenomics, and Web3 ecosystems
- Experience in growth, strategy, or operations within crypto or Web3
- Proven ability to own and scale initiatives end-to-end
- Strong analytical skills and experience tracking and improving performance metrics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Responsibilities
- Own and drive BGB growth strategy
- Identify and prioritise growth levers across products, DeFi integrations, and partnerships
- Define and execute initiatives to scale BGB adoption, engagement, and utility
- Own BGB-related initiatives from scoping through delivery
- Drive tokenomics, exchange and wallet listings, and public visibility initiatives
- Develop and own BGB DeFi strategy across DEXs and partner protocols
- Monitor and optimise TVL, liquidity, and user activity
- Coordinate cross-functional execution, timelines, dependencies, and communication
- Work with external partners, protocols, and platforms to expand BGB use cases
- Support joint initiatives that drive token adoption and liquidity
