About the Role
You will define and execute growth strategies for DeFi lending protocols across public-chain ecosystems. You will design incentive programs, build protocol partnerships, activate user segments, analyze on-chain data, optimize borrowing conversion, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Ecosystem teams on growth-focused improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Crypto/Web3
- DeFi protocol operations or growth experience
- Understanding of DeFi lending mechanics, including over-collateralization, interest rate models, and liquidation mechanisms
- Hands-on DeFi lending usage and operational experience
- Proficiency in on-chain data analysis and on-chain tools
- Relationships within DeFi communities and protocol teams
- Ability to set strategies around core metrics and execute them
- Fluent English
- Operations or business development experience at a major lending protocol
- Public-chain ecosystem growth experience
- Experience designing liquidity incentive programs
- Foundational understanding of smart contracts
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the growth strategy for DeFi lending protocols on public-chain ecosystems
- Understand lending protocol mechanics and user behavior
- Design incentive programs and growth playbooks
- Establish partnerships with protocol teams
- Drive joint operations, liquidity bootstrapping, and ecosystem incentive programs
- Identify and activate DeFi-native users, institutional players, and whales
- Monitor on-chain data and market dynamics
- Optimize growth strategies
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Ecosystem teams on product optimization and feature iterations
