About the Role
Drive revenue growth across Admin Services by building an Accountant go-to-market and referral programme, increasing adoption of the Invoicing tool, owning revenue forecasting, analysing member behaviour, shaping product positioning and launches, coordinating campaigns, managing stakeholders, and applying commercial intelligence to improve performance and retention.
Requirements
- Proven experience driving commercial impact
- 5+ years’ experience leading always-on activity to drive commercial performance
- Experience with accounting, invoicing, or expense management products preferred
- Fintech experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Own revenue forecasting for Accountant initiatives and Invoicing
- Set and track financial projections
- Identify commercial risks and opportunities
- Develop the Accountant value proposition
- Build Accountant referral and advocacy programmes
- Analyse member behaviour and segment audiences
- Measure subscription cohort performance
- Shape product prioritisation, pricing, positioning, and communications
- Partner with Product teams on product-led growth
- Support product launches across channels
- Coordinate sales and operations teams
- Facilitate brainstorm sessions and workshops
- Manage senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders
- Lead commercial research and competitive analysis
- Bring member insights to commercial and product discussions
