About the Role

You will own end-to-end strategic relationships with APAC capital allocators, identify and onboard new participants, source and structure bespoke deals, hold the desk during APAC market hours, run bilingual Mandarin language webinars and educational materials, and relay region-specific signals to product and protocol teams to help shape the APAC go-to-market.

Requirements

• 5+ years in crypto institutional sales OTC trading structured products or wealth management at a category-defining trading desk or exchange institutional arm
• Fluent in English and Mandarin written and spoken; Cantonese a plus
• Based in Hong Kong or Singapore or willing to relocate with an existing warm network in Greater China crypto family offices and prop desks
• Deep technical fluency in DeFi ERC-4626 vaults curator architectures oracle risk liquidation mechanics looping math
• Track record of structuring bespoke deals end-to-end
• Experience operating as the sole Morpho contributor on the desk during APAC hours
• High-trust high-discretion relationship sensibility
• Proactive book-builder with a pipeline plan
• Clear across async channels and able to adapt communication style for Mandarin-speaking clients

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategic relationships with APAC capital allocators through Attio to grow the active loan book
• Build the APAC lender and borrower book by identifying qualifying and onboarding net-new participants across Greater China Hong Kong Singapore Korea and Japan through Attio
• Source scope and structure bespoke deals by coordinating with Curators to create and close custom opportunities for APAC allocators
• Hold the desk during APAC market hours by monitoring book health through volatility events, coordinating with Curators to source borrows for incoming supply, and routing them to the right vaults
• Run bilingual Mandarin language webinars explainers and differentiation sheets to build APAC's brand among crypto institutional allocators in Mandarin-speaking markets
• Feed APAC product requirements oracle and custody needs and region-specific signals back to Product Protocol and Curator teams to help shape APAC go-to-market
