About the Role
Execute spot, futures, and options trades across centralized and decentralized exchanges while monitoring risk, managing hedging and rebalancing, developing trading strategies, building dashboards, analyzing data, reconciling activity, and supporting backtesting, reporting, accounting, compliance, and audit processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in crypto, FX, or derivatives trading
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Science
- Strong understanding of CEX and DEX mechanics, order types, and liquidity structures
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, automation, and model development
- Security-minded and process-oriented, with ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Advanced degree, MBA, CFA, or similar is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to make decisions under pressure in a fast-moving market
Responsibilities
- Execute spot, futures, and options trades across centralized and decentralized exchanges
- Monitor market conditions, order books, funding rates, and liquidity
- Manage exposure through hedging, rebalancing, and position sizing
- Develop, test, and refine trading strategies
- Optimize execution pipelines to reduce slippage, gas costs, and fees
- Track crypto and macroeconomic developments and contribute trading ideas
- Improve trading infrastructure, execution automation, and performance monitoring
- Prepare portfolio performance, P&L, and market reports
- Build and maintain real-time portfolio and trading KPI dashboards
- Reconcile trades, balances, and on-chain activity
- Extract, clean, and aggregate data through databases, exchanges, and DeFi APIs
- Support strategy backtesting, performance attribution, and scenario analysis
- Ensure asset data accuracy for accounting, compliance, and audit processes
